1. Log in to SEAGATE website: http://www.seagate.com/sg/en/support/warranty-and-replacements/
2. Click on Warranty/ Returns and submit all required information.
3. Once you got the Return Number, please proceed to return your faulty goods to Seagate directly or the Authorized drop-off center.
Return address will be given to you online once your return request had been approved.
